RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item to us.
CONDITIONS
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded.
PROCEDURE
- Send an email to bravyna.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the package.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part or the product is defective.
